If you want to learn about engines you start in this class working on small engines. You will learn about safety, how engines work, engine components, and how engines are constructed. You will be maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding engines. You will also learn how to read the manuals, make proper measurements and tests, and how to order parts. You will work on class engines and you may bring in your own also. And, don't forget, you get to be involved in the FFA too! Additionally, an advanced version of this course is offered. (One-year course- 10 units)
